YOUR POTENTIAL EMPLOYER
Most of our clients are internationally based large 5 star international hotels, resorts and large Support Service companies around the world. Our contracts are mainly based in the Middle, Near & Far East. This requires that we prefer to pre-screen all candidates prior to positions being offered. Each candidate supplied by HRFORCE is pre-screened for educational certificates, work experience, compatibility to client and an understanding of their requirements within the new employer.
INTERESTED in INTERNATIONAL WORK?
Important facts we wish you to know before you apply. If you have already worked overseas full time before, you will be aware of these:

We supply only management personnel with experience in their chosen field.

As an international standard we expect you to be no younger than 25- years of age.

We only deal with full time employment of at least -1 year & often 2- years with an option to renew.

We charge you nothing except dedication to your profession & loyalty to the employer , to fulfil your initial contract with them.

Most contracts include accommodation, a return flight at the end of each year, medical care, work permits, upto 30- days vacation p.a. However, some employers will offer different packages of which you will be informed of at time of application.

We arrange your initial flight departure & visa work permits.

To successfully find you full time employment overseas, you must be in possession of further / higher education relevant to your career, plus minimum 4- years post-study management work experience.

PRE-SCREENING INTERVIEW
HRFORCE holds regular screening interviews in major cities in the UK, for advertised vacancies. These meetings are normally held in 5 star hotels located in easy-to-find areas or at our Middle Eastern Regional office in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
